Dyletanci means one of the most extensive wine lists in Poland - it covers over 1000 indexes. We also offer a large selection of wines by the glass (over 30).
Dyletanci's selection focuses on the best biodynamic and organic Burgundy producers (including Domaine Duroché, Roblet-Monnot, Arlaud, Pierre Morey, Armand Rousseau, Marquis d'Angerville, Domaine Trapet, Pattes Loup, and Bonneau du Martray), producers from southern France - Roussillon (including Gauby, Matassa), as well as small estates from various regions of Italy, including Emidio Pepe from Abruzzo, Stella di Campalto and Soldera from Tuscany, and Brovia from Piedmont.
Champagne is a very special category for us. Currently, there are nearly 70 labels. The average size of "our" champagne estates is 5 hectares, among them, there are such unique producers as Ulysse Collin, Vouette & Sorbée, Jacques Lassaigne, Laherte Frères, Agrapart, and probably the most desirable champagne on the market - Jacques Selosse.
Outstanding German and Austrian wines are represented by Claus Preisinger, Veyder-Malberg, and Weingut Keller. Dyletanci also offers wines from Lesser Poland’s Vistula Gorge - Dom Bliskowice winery, the producer of the cult labels Johanniter Ultra and Pet-Nat.
The restaurant's offer includes a selection of distillates, beer, and ciders coming from small producers; alternative coffee brewing methods (drip), as well as teas brewed in an orthodox way (among others: wakōcha benifūki, oolong, and gyokuro).
