Dyletanci means one of the most extensive wine lists in Poland

He joined the Dyletanci team at the beginning of 2019. Before that, he was the Head Sommelier at the Amber Room Restaurant and the Polish Business Roundtable Club - the restaurant awarded with four cutlery pieces in the Michelin guide (for high-quality service and the restaurant’s unique atmosphere). Earlier, he was the Head of Sommelier at the Bristol Hotel. His wine list at the Amber Room Restaurant, with over 450 items, was distinguished by the Wine Spectator with the Award of Excellence. Jan holds the Court of Master Sommeliers and Wine and Spirit Education Trust certificates. As a n expert, he cooperates with Food Service magazine and Gastronomy News.
