Kuchnia Dyletantów (The Dilettants’ Cuisine) focuses on the product. We want to interpret, not change. We think about food as an experience perceived on many levels. We want this experience to be stimulating in its quality, taste, and balance.

Our kitchen is headed by Rafał Hreczaniuk, one of the most experienced and successful chefs in Poland.

We are also proud of the most extensive wine list in Poland and one of the largest in Central Europe covering over 1100 items. The producers who stand behind these wines are people internally obliged to respect the land and its products, who – in the wine - continuously look for purity, energy, and emotions.

Our wine list and the front house service are supervised by Norbert Dudziński, one of the best and most interesting Polish sommeliers.
